We have just received a call that a vehicle following GPS directions ended up on the trails
at Meadowbrook Farm Road in Proctorsville and has gone off the trail into the woods. Club members are on their way with the Tucker to
try to remove the vehicle from the woods.

Please pass the word … when traveling in Vermont in the winter be sure to have a map with you. GPS systems recognize Class 4 roads and include them as part of the directions – even when the road is not plowed and only used as a snowmobile trail!

When you see a groomer on the trails
February 9, 2015

On Friday a father and son panicked when they saw our Tucker on the trails. Both drove off the trail into the soft snow. Dan Tiernan and Joe Marini had to pull them out of chest-deep snow. VAST just shared a link to a great article – Etiquette for Encountering Trail Grooming Equipment –

www.saferiderssafetyawareness.org/trail-grooming-equipment-etiquette.html

Definitely worth reading and sharing with your friends.
